AFCON 2023: Troost Ekong named Man of the Competition

The Super Eagles captain, William Troost Ekong, has been awarded the AFCON 2023 Man of the Competition.

Ekong was vital in Nigeria’s progression to the championship final, scoring a header to give his team the lead before Franck Kessie and Sebastian Haller equalised.
